Terms & Conditions
for 356pk Platform Users

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this document. Where context requires, singular includes plural and vice versa.

To register and use the 356pk platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended account on 356pk.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of 356pk or any associated entity.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

356pk reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to state a reason. Providing false registration information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Each User is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 356pk. The existence of more than one account registered to the same individual — identified by name, national identity document, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — constitutes a duplicate account violation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication device linked to your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 356pk shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 356pk support immediately at support@356pk.com. 356pk may suspend your account pending investigation upon receiving such a report.

Account names and registered personal details cannot be transferred to another individual. The sale, transfer, or gifting of a 356pk account is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all accounts involved.

All deposits and withdrawals on 356pk are processed in PKR. The following payment channels are currently supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Supported channels may change from time to time; refer to the deposits section within your account for current availability.

Deposits are credited to your PKR wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 356pk is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing infrastructure. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into your account, subject to KYC verification being complete. 356pk reserves the right to request additional documentation — including proof of identity, proof of address, and source of funds evidence — before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified within 30 days may be declined.

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same channel used for the most recent deposit, where possible.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• 356pk does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or anonymous payment sources.
• Cryptocurrency deposits via channels other than USDT TRC20 are not currently accepted.

356pk does not charge deposit or withdrawal processing fees on its end. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 356pk's control.

All sports bets placed on 356pk are subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. In the event of any conflict between a general rule and a specific market rule, the specific market rule takes precedence. Cricket betting markets on 356pk — including PSL, international Test matches, and bilateral ODI series — follow the rules published in the cricket betting section of the platform.

A bet is accepted when 356pk's system has confirmed the wager and issued a bet reference number. Oral or written acknowledgements by support staff do not constitute bet acceptance. 356pk reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at incorrect odds due to a manifest error in pricing, irrespective of whether the bet has been settled. Users who knowingly exploit manifest pricing errors will be subject to account review.

In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed in accordance with market rules, bets will be settled in accordance with 356pk's event-specific rules. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed prior to bet placement. These limits may change from time to time.

All casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, and instant games available on 356pk — including Mines and Captain's Bounty — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer operations that have been independently verified for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles and instant games are available in the relevant game information panels.

The house edge on all 356pk games is clearly disclosed. 356pk does not manipulate game outcomes, and all results are determined by certified RNG systems or verifiable live dealer procedures. Any malfunction of a game or platform system voids all affected game rounds; wagers on voided rounds are returned to the player's PKR wallet. 356pk's decision on game malfunction disputes is final.

Bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, and other promotional offers provided by 356pk are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. General bonus conditions that apply across all 356pk promotions, unless a specific promotion states otherwise, include the following:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit from the bonus being credited.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Real-money funds in a player's wallet are used before Bonus Funds when placing wagers, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the platform.
• Systematic or coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts, including through third-party match-betting services, is strictly prohibited.

356pk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed and wagering requirements are in progress, the terms in effect at the time of claiming will apply for that active bonus cycle.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 356pk platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances under investigation, and may result in referral to regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any activity that constitutes a financial crime under applicable law.
• Registering or operating more than one account on 356pk.
• Allowing or facilitating access by any person under 21 years of age to your 356pk account.
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 356pk staff or other platform users.

All content on the 356pk platform — including but not limited to the 356pk brand name, logo, game graphics, software, user interface elements, text, data, and design — is the intellectual property of 356pk or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants Users any right, licence, or interest in any intellectual property owned by or licensed to 356pk.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 356pk platform content without express prior written permission from 356pk. Unauthorised use of 356pk intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent available under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 356pk's total liability to any User arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User to their 356pk account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

356pk shall not be liable for: loss of profits, loss of data, indirect or consequential losses, losses arising from platform downtime or technical failures outside 356pk's reasonable control, losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform, or losses arising from a User's failure to comply with these Terms.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 356pk makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities, though 356pk takes reasonable technical measures to maintain platform availability and security at all times.

You may close your 356pk account at any time by contacting support. Before closing, any real-money balance remaining in your wallet (after satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

356pk may suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC within a required timeframe, regulatory instruction, or prolonged account inactivity. In cases of termination for Terms breach, 356pk reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation before returning any verified real-money funds.

Accounts closed under 356pk's responsible gaming self-exclusion programme are handled under a separate process described in the Responsible Gaming page. Self-exclusion requests are treated with priority and are not reversible during the selected exclusion period.

356pk operates under an international gaming authority licence. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 356pk's gaming licence is issued. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 356pk's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable regulatory body's dispute resolution mechanism.

Nothing in this clause limits a User's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in their jurisdiction of residence.

356pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 356pk will provide notice to registered Users via on-platform notification or email to the registered address. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the 356pk platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the new Terms.

Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to the support email. 356pk will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 3 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with 356pk's complaint resolution, the matter may be escalated to the relevant regulatory body under the applicable gaming licence.
